This type of interview is prevalent at some of the new-big-tech companies. It’s a behavioral interview at its core, but one where you present your prior work.
Come up with examples relevant to you, bullet-point them into a chatbot, and ask it to turn them into a nice story. Rehearse it a few times before the interview.
Behavioral Prep
Use deep search in a chatbot, ask it to give you a concise list of questions, and paste the company's name. Many big-tech companies approach this as a checklist: they want you to explicitly call out their values with examples.
Generally, in these interviews they want to ensure you are not a jerk and can get the job done. You shouldn’t be a jerk anyways - be good to people.
